What does the hygiene seal mean?

All hygienic products, such as sex toys or individual lingerie, are provided with a hygiene seal. Should this seal have been damaged or removed by you, the goods can no longer be returned. 

Since hygiene has the highest priority for us, we must secure ourselves with this hygiene seal. This measure is necessary because we have neither the competence to trace a use nor the possibility to clean the sex toys or lingerie for resale.
