Not satisfied with a product, or did you accidentally order the wrong item? No problem - amorana offers a 100-day return policy. Please note, however, that your payment due date remains unchanged, as any refund for returned items will only be processed by PowerPay after the return has been received and approved.
Returns are subject to certain conditions. We can only accept items that are complete, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in a condition that allows them to be resold. All accessories must also be returned and be in perfect condition.
Please note that lingerie should only be tried on while wearing underwear for hygiene reasons. Products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you intend to return such products, please ensure that you do not open them.
We carefully inspect all returned items. If the condition of the returned product does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please keep your postal tracking number until we have confirmed receipt of your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was returned due to a defect.
