You don´t like your ordered products, they don´t fit or did you perhaps order the wrong thing? Then there is the option of returning it to amorana. We offer a 100-day return policy. However, please be aware of the payment period, because PowerPay will only refund the amount once the return has been booked in by amorana.
There are certain conditions for returns: Items are only accepted if they are complete and in undamaged packaging so that they can be resold. All accessories must also be returned and must be in perfect condition. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, lingerie should only be tried on with underwear underneath. Items with broken hygiene seals are generally excluded from return. So make sure you don't open such products if you want to return them.
We carefully inspect all returns, and if the condition is not as we expect, we reserve the right to not refund the goods.

Once you´ve send the return item(s), please keep the postal receipt until we confirmed that we have received your package. The return postage is at the customer's expense. If you have any questions or want to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
