You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but this can be reimbursed via customer service (please send a photo of your receipt from the post office). We recommend keeping the tracking number until we have confirmed the return. As soon as we have received and processed the returned product, we will contact you by email.
Special warranty conditions apply to products such as AVA or AVA 2.0. Please refer to the section “How to proceed in the event of a warranty claim for AVA and AVA 2.0”.
