When will I receive my replacement item?

After we have received your return, it will be checked within 2 weeks. After that, if the Sextoy or lingerie is in stock, replacement will be sent to you immediately.

As soon as your return has been processed by us, we will inform you by email about the delivery date of the replacement item.
