Can I exchange the items I have ordered?

Of course it can happen that you have ordered something in an unsuitable size or color. In such a case you can simply send us your articles to the address below with a short note which size, colour etc. we are allowed to send you.

Please note that this is not possible if your item has a hygiene seal and it has been broken or damaged. In such a case an exchange is unfortunately not possible.

(This basically concerns all sex toys, most stockings and bodystockings, swimwear etc.)
