If you do not receive an email from us with the order confirmation after completing your order, there may be several reasons for this.
- Order has not been completed correctly. When you complete your order, you will always be redirected to a new page where you will see your order number. Only if you come to this page, your order has been transmitted correctly.
- The email has been spammed. Please check the spam folder in your email program. Unfortunately it happens again and again that our emails land there.
- When you entered your order the email address was wrong. In this case the email will not be sent. Please contact our customer service directly on 043 505 17 69 / service@amorana.ch
