The maximum voucher value is CHF 249 per item. The voucher is valid for 90 days. Purchases paid with gift vouchers are excluded from the guarantee. If your order included a free gift, its value will be deducted from the voucher.

Return instructions are included with the parcel. If anything is unclear, Amorana's customer service team is there to help.
