To keep the policy balanced and fair, the maximum gift card value is CHF 249 per item (shipping costs are not subject of claims). Please note that purchases made using gift vouchers are not eligible for this policy, as the guarantee is designed to apply to direct payment transactions, ensuring the policy remains transparent and consistent. Free gifts are not covered by this promotion. If the order includes a gift with purchase, its value will be deducted from the issued gift voucher. If a gift voucher is issued, it will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to find something new to enjoy.
