As soon as your package has left our warehouse and been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. A few hours later, you will be able to track your package using this tracking number.
If you are having trouble tracking your order using the tracking number you received, it may be because you have ordered small items that are sent in a large letter. These shipments do have a tracking number, but unfortunately cannot be tracked. However, they are sent by priority mail like all other orders. If you have not received your order within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer service team by emailing service@amorana.ch.
