Warranty information

At Amorana, we place a high value on the quality of our products. Our warranty covers:

• 5 years for Womanizer products
• 2 years for Arcwave and We-Vibe products
• 1 year for all other products, including third-party products

Please note that the purchase must be made on amorana.ch for the warranty to be valid.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange.

If you have a defect, please contact our customer service at service@amorana.ch.

Note for AVA or AVA 2.0 cycle trackers: If your AVA or AVA 2.0 cycle tracker has problems, please contact AVA's support team directly, as there are special warranty conditions for these products. Unfortunately, we at Amorana cannot perform a software-level check for AVA or AVA 2.0. These items must be checked directly by the manufacturer. Describe the problem as accurately as possible at the following contact point: https://support.avawomen.com/de/support/tickets/new

Important: This of course only applies to warranty claims, i.e. defective products. If you want to return the AVA or AVA 2.0 you purchased from Amorana, you are welcome to send it back to us. Please note that it is a hygiene item and can only be returned unopened.
