If you notice when opening the package that you have not received all ordered items, check the delivery note first.
If we had to split your order into several deliveries, e.g. for a partial delivery, this is noted on the delivery note.
If all items are noted on the delivery note, but you have not received everything, please contact us within a maximum of 3 days. Please understand that after the deadline has expired, it is no longer possible to trace whether and where an error occurred.
