Unfortunately, it can happen that a parcel is damaged during transport. That is why it is very important that you always check your delivery for completeness as soon as you receive it.
If you notice that the outer shell of the package shows visible damage such as large dents, scratches or holes, it is quite possible that the contents were damaged or something fell out.
In such a case it is a transport damage. Such damage must be reported directly to Swiss Post AG within 5 days of receipt. After expiry of this period, Swiss Post will refuse any liability.
