At Amorana we unfortunately have no possibility to log in to the app or to check information. Should a device really be defective, MYHIXEL will tell you what the next steps are.
Important: This is only valid in case of a warranty case or problems with the app. If you wish to return a MYHIXEL product purchased from Amorana, you may of course send it back to us. Please note that the masturbator is a hygienic article and can only be returned in unopened condition.
