How long does the right of return apply?

If you have ordered in our sexshop and you do not like the articles, you have a right of return during three months.

Since hygiene is very important to us, we ask you to observe the following when returning the goods:
Garments are only taken back in unused and clean condition. 
Sextoys and other hygiene products can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been opened and the packaging of the product has not been opened or damaged.

Excluded from this are articles with orgasm guarantee, these can also be returned with a broken hygiene seal.

If a return does not comply with the above points, we reserve the right to return the items to you and refuse your return.
